Reception 2/08/2011

Today was my first day at Reception. On our first day we were only allowed to look what is happening in reception work place.

We learned how to welcome a guest and how to talk to a guest 

• Stand up strate
• Look at the guest when u are talking to him/here
• Speak clearly 
• Work actively and more
